Comedy Nights With Kapil starts with Kapil Sharma putting up a skit pretending to be in London. Jacqueline Fernandez and Arjun Rampal come on stage and share anecdotes about their shooting duringRoy. Daadi and Bua run on stage as they steal a painting but they quickly turn their focus on the guests present there.
Jacqueline and Arjun Rampal indulge in some good-natured humour with Arjun and Daadi acting out an old fashioned romance scene with Jacqueline as a tree and the others as lovers. Jacqueline used to host a business and politics based show and Kapil asks her to host a show with Arjun Rampal and Kapil Sharma as the guests of the show.
